2022 Open Courage - Moon Cycle 4

What inherent personal power have we resisted, that we can have the courage to open up to in our lives, now?
In this 4th of 4 moon cycles that are focused on reclaiming our sovereign power, we work with the archetype that represents the “strategy” of personal power that we have learned to resist and shut down, for our Selves, in order to survive, co-dependently, with others. We continue the work of the first 3 moon cycles … ACCEPTING our autonomy, FORGIVING our joy, and DESERVING faith in the innocence of our happiness … AND begin to OPEN our COURAGE to embody this strategy to accept our sovereign power.
We know we’re working with the correct archetype, if the possibility to open up in this way feels both terrifying AND exciting, because it represents the power of who we REALLY are, that we haven’t “been allowed” (haven’t allowed our Selves) to accept:
INNOCENT … I OPEN COURAGE to do things “right,” as I AM.
ORPHAN … I OPEN COURAGE to develop ordinary, solid virtues, as I AM.
HERO … I OPEN COURAGE to be strong and competent, as I AM.
CAREGIVER … I OPEN COURAGE to do things for others, as I AM.
EXPLORER … I OPEN COURAGE to journey, seek out and experiences new things, as I AM.
REBEL … I OPEN COURAGE to disrupt, as I AM.
LOVER … I OPEN COURAGE to become physically and emotionally “attractive,” as I AM.
CREATOR … I OPEN COURAGE to develop “artistic” skills, as I AM.
JESTER … I OPEN COURAGE to play and have fun, as I AM.
SAGE … I OPEN COURAGE to seek knowledge and self-reflect, as I AM.
MAGICIAN … I OPEN COURAGE to develop a vision and live by it, as I AM.
RULER … I OPEN COURAGE to exercise my sovereign power, as I AM.
My lifework is with the HERO, opening up to allowing my Self to accept how strong and competent (how “badass”) I (really) AM. One reason I haven’t is, I REALLY don’t want to be seen in any way as arrogant … the weakness of the hero. For most of my life, I haven’t known how to be in my power when I’m being as strong and competent as I’m capable of being. Ironic, huh?
