COMMITTED … and tired

We’re committed to the work we do and the possibilities we stand for.

We’re committed to our clients, patients, customers and sponsors.

We’re committed to our husbands, wives and partners.

We’re committed to our families and friends.

We’re committed to “fighting” for what we believe in for our country, our citizens, our democracy and our planet.

We’re committed to showing up and making a difference.

And we’re tired … because we’re forgetting to make and honor commitments to ourselves, first.

Whenever we find ourselves feeling tired, it’s a big sign that we're missing the point. We’ve lost (or never actually claimed) our sovereignty, and we’re caught in a state of being in Self denial. We’re desperately seeking the possibility we inherently stand for and bring to others, and expect from others, without committing to that same possibility for ourselves.

Are you committed and feeling tired?
