I feel like I've been riding the metaphorical swing of life these past few weeks.

Up moving forward. Down moving backward. Up moving backward. Down moving forward. On repeat.

It's kind of a blur all around me, yet I'm learning to find my clarity, within it, by listening to my Self, with compassion.
