SESSION WHITEBOARD SERIES: One experience I see again and again in myself and clients is that our business (& life) endeavors quickly get off track when our focus is on growing “them” rather than growing our “selves” ... often leading us to ask ourselves “what’s the point?” This morning’s client had a major breakthrough for her biz, BECAUSE she’s stopped focusing on the bazillion different things she could and “should” be doing to grow her biz, and instead has been focusing on what she LOVES and how SHE wants to grow ... and when she did, as if by magic, we found key clarity and big answers for her biz, that were there all along but had eluded her for more than a year. The pearl (reminder): When we LET our SELVES grow, our businesses (& lives) will naturally grow with us ... and we truly can lead lives we love, that make a difference AND love us back.
