Breakthru: Self Defeat to Self Realization

Hi. It’s been awhile. It’s been a big year. I haven’t been doing much “out here” (on social media) because I’ve been doing a lot “in here” (pointing to my heart) and diving deep with a group of clients who are just as committed as I am to breaking through their own patterns of Self defeat to create and live better, more authentic and more fulfilling lives. AND WE’RE DOING IT!

We’re approaching the end of this year’s journey … and the time of year when we often find ourselves feeling that familiar feeling of being stuck between that same old rock and that same old hard place … that place we always seem to end up, no matter how hard we’ve been working to end up some place else. This is no accident. It’s the fulfillment of our own Self-defeating prophecies. It’s the time of year when we face the choice of giving up on ourselves (maybe again) … OR ... leaning into our fears and the discomfort of actually giving our Selves a chance.

In this video, I speak to this, personally, and share a few client examples, too.
